Shift Availability

Candidates must be flexible and available to work any of the following shifts based on business needs:

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• 3rd Shift

Overtime, weekends, and additional hours may be required as production demands increase.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and inspect products according to quality standards
• Operate manufacturing and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive and store incoming materials
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate records
• Follow all safety policies and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent work ethic and a demonstrated history of employment stability
