About The Position:

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and staying active on the job?  We’re hiring General Labourers for multiple clients across Hamilton in industries such as wastewater, recycling and construction support. These are full-time, long-term opportunities with immediate openings.

What You'll Be Doing:

·         Perform general labour duties in industrial and outdoor environments

·         Assist with lifting, moving, and loading materials (up to 50 lbs+)

·         Support crews with site setup, cleanup, and traffic control

·         Work in environments such as recycling facilities, wastewater plants, and production lines

·         Assist with manual tasks like moving equipment (e.g., manholes, materials, tools)

·         Follow all health & safety procedures

What We Are Looking For:

·         Previous general labour, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred

·         Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work

·         Comfortable working outdoors and in various environments

·         Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Steel toe boots required

·         Experience in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing

·         Traffic control or flagging experience

·         Forklift certification
