Schedule/Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Summary:
We are seeking a Former to prepare and set up fixtures for the forming and bending of steel elements and tubes using blueprints and specifications. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work, quality-focused production, and working with fabrication equipment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare forming and bending fixtures according to blueprints and job specifications.
  • Form, bend, and complete steel elements per production requirements.
  • Perform quality inspections using measuring and electrical testing equipment.
  • Transfer finished parts to designated foundry or stock areas.
  • Operate sandblasting equipment and assist with other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and measuring devices.
  • Experience using hand and pneumatic tools.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel.
  • Overhead crane experience is a plus.
