Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and reliable Vehicle Rover to join our luxury automotive dealership team. This position is responsible for the safe transportation, organization, and presentation of high-end vehicles while delivering exceptional support to the sales and service departments. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, strong attention to detail, and the ability to confidently operate a wide range of luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport luxury, exotic, and high-performance vehicles throughout dealership properties.
• Move vehicles between dealership locations, off-site storage facilities, service departments, and customer delivery areas.
• Stage and position vehicles for customer appointments, demonstrations, test drives, sales presentations, special events, and deliveries.
• Assist sales consultants by retrieving vehicles quickly and professionally for prospective clients.
• Ensure all vehicles are presented in showroom-ready condition, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections to verify vehicle condition, fuel levels, accessories, and overall presentation.
• Conduct routine vehicle walkarounds and immediately report any damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, location changes, inventory movements, and vehicle condition.
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming vehicle inventory.
• Support dealership inventory audits and lot management operations.
• Ensure vehicles are properly parked, secured, and protected according to dealership policies.
• Coordinate with sales, service, detailing, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with clients and guests.
• Follow all traffic laws, dealership safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines while operating vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Experience operating luxury, exotic, or high-performance vehicles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and vehicle care.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles valued at six figures or more.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking throughout dealership lots and facilities.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and drive for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekend Availability May Be Required
