Job Title: 1st Shift Equipment Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rotary cutting equipment to process foam products to customer specifications
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth, accurate cuts
• Set up and adjust machine processes as needed
• Perform tool changes and machine changeovers
• Load and position rolls of material onto machinery
• Cut materials to specified lengths and widths using rotary and guillotine equipment
• Maintain quality standards and production targets
• Cross-train in other areas of the plant as needed

Equipment Used:

• Rotary cutting machines
• Guillotine cutting equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, bending, and stretching throughout the shift
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
