Position: Quality Control / Packer Pay: $16–$17 per hour (based on experience) Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (through August)
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (starting in September)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control / Packer to join a fast-paced production team. This role is responsible for inspecting finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards, and properly packing them for shipment. Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work.
Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality
Verify that products meet company and customer specifications
Pack items securely and accurately into boxes for shipment
Label and organize packed goods in preparation for shipping
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Follow safety procedures and report any quality concerns to supervisors
Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Good communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in quality control or packing preferred, but not required
