Service Coordinator – Pool Company

 

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Experience: Pool industry experience required

 

Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join a pool service team in Stuart. This position is responsible for keeping the service department organized, communicating with customers and technicians, and making sure service calls and repairs are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls for the service department and assist customers with questions and service needs.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls and repairs.
• Keep track of technicians in the field and stay informed about the status of their jobs.
• Enter new jobs for problems, repairs, and service issues as they come in.
• Prepare and send estimates to customers.
• Follow up on estimates and obtain customer approvals before work is scheduled.
• Communicate with technicians regarding job details, repairs, and customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate service records and information.
• Use QuickBooks for service-related administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the service manager on a daily basis to keep the department running smoothly.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with customers, technicians, and management.

Requirements

• Pool industry experience is required.
• Working knowledge of pool equipment, service, and common pool repairs.
• QuickBooks experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and keep up with a busy service department.
• Comfortable communicating with technicians and customers by phone.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close daily communication with management.
