Construction Laborer

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople and construction crews with daily job-site activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Prepare and clean construction sites before, during, and after projects.
• Operate basic hand and power tools as directed.
• Assist with demolition, excavation, framing, concrete work, and general construction tasks.
• Measure, cut, and handle materials as instructed.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job-site requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be willing to learn new skills and take direction.
