Pay & Schedule

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make outbound phone calls to previous donors
• Follow provided phone scripts and talking points
• Speak with donors in a friendly, professional manner
• Ask donors to renew previous gifts and, when appropriate, consider increasing their donation
• Provide positive customer service throughout each conversation
• Represent a respected nonprofit organization and its mission in the community

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• Comfortable talking with people over the phone
• Motivated and confident asking for donations
• Professional and customer-service-focused communication style
• Able to follow a provided script while keeping conversations personable
• Previous experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus
• Previous call center, phone representative, fundraising, or outbound calling experience is helpful but not required
