Material Handler (Norwalk, CA)

 $19.00-$20.00 per hour, DOE
 Monday-Friday / 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join a distribution company in Norwalk, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience receiving shipments, assembling products, operating warehouse equipment, and safely handling materials in a fast paced distribution environment. Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory and material handling as needed
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety guidelines

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous sit-down forklift experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and inventory accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
