Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our team in Chippewa Falls! In this role, you’ll help ensure returned medical equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, maintained, and prepared for patient use. You’ll also assist with inventory, order preparation, receiving, and general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize medical equipment according to infection control standards.
• Bag and tag equipment to indicate it is ready for patient use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Complete daily maintenance logs for processed equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and basic troubleshooting.
• Pull and prepare equipment orders accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and report potential shortages.
• Receive, label, and properly store incoming equipment and supplies.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform minor repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical work throughout the day.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience is a plus.
