We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a temp to perm position with opportunity of full-time hire.

Duties include:

• Accounts Receivable and collections experience  
• Collect and process payments (CHECK / CREDIT CARDS / ACH / WIRE)
• Reach out to Clients
• Monitor AR aging reports and contact clients regarding past due invoices.
• Send Monthly Statements
• Daily follow-up on AR accounts
• Reconcile AR
• 2 to 3 years of experience 

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with 30 mins lunch break

Pay: $24-$25/hr.
