Key Responsibilities

The Property Manager is a leadership position that is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned community or communities in the areas of financial management, appearance, and resident relations. This position has substantial latitude for independent action in setting objectives and deciding how to proceed in managing the day-to-day operations of the community management office and assigned staff. The Property Manager serves as an advocate for maintaining Housing as a community resource and promotes to its residents and the general public an understanding of housing programs.

Qualifications

• HS/GED
• Associates Degree in Social Services, business management or management required
• Three years of experience in property management or related field required, Public Housing experience preferred.
