HVAC Assembler

Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay: $20.00–$21.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
Employment: 3-month evaluation with opportunity for hire

Job Description

We are looking for motivated Assemblers to join a growing team in Tualatin. You will help build large HVAC air-handling systems used in hospitals, schools, data centers, and other facilities around the world.

No two days are exactly the same, and you will work with a team to build quality products safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble HVAC air-handling units and components.
• Use hand tools and power tools, including impact drivers and drills.
• Drill into steel and assemble metal components.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Apply caulking to seal units and prevent water leaks.
• Clean metal surfaces as needed.
• Perform quality checks on completed work.
• Help troubleshoot assembly problems.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Work with team members to meet production goals.
• Use a step ladder and operate a scissor lift when needed.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using power tools.
• Able to stand and work for a 10-hour shift.
• Able to wear steel-toed boots or shoes while working on concrete.
• Comfortable repeatedly using drills, impact drivers, and caulking guns.
• Good attention to detail.
• Safety-minded and dependable.
• Able to work well with a team.
• Willing to help in other departments when needed.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, construction, or HVAC experience is a plus.

Schedule & Pay

Day Shift:
Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
$20.00/hour

Swing Shift:
Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
$21.50/hour

Friday overtime is optional.
