CDL Class A or Class B Driver

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Class A or Class B Driver to transport construction equipment, dirt, gravel, sand, and other materials to and from job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating dump trucks, hauling equipment, and working in construction environments. Drivers are expected to maintain equipment, follow DOT regulations, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL Class A or Class B vehicles, including dump trucks, trailers, and equipment-hauling trucks.
• Transport dirt, gravel, sand, rock, construction materials, and heavy equipment to designated locations.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.
• Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and construction crews.
• Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Work in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites safely.
• Follow established schedules while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B license with acceptable driving record.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Experience operating dump trucks, lowboy trailers, flatbeds, or heavy-haul equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle inspection requirements.
• Ability to safely secure and transport heavy equipment.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Monday- Friday and occasional Saturdays
