Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Painesville, OH
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a busy manufacturing operation in Painesville. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments

• Prepare materials and products for shipment

• Load and unload trucks safely

• Verify quantities, labels, and shipping documentation

• Move and organize materials throughout the facility

• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records

• Operate material-handling equipment as needed

• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Must be able to work Monday–Friday on 1st shift
