Are you experienced in mechanical insulation or HVAC ductwork and looking for a stable, direct hire opportunity? Our client in Los Alamitos, CA is seeking a motivated Mechanical Insulator to join their growing team. This position offers competitive pay, steady first-shift hours, and the opportunity to work independently while contributing to high-quality projects.

Job Responsibilities

Install insulation on mechanical systems, piping, and ductwork
Work independently with minimal supervision
Meet daily productivity goals and installation targets
Install approximately 50-80 feet of insulation per day while maintaining quality standards
Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets specifications and customer expectations
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Properly use and maintain personal tools required for the trade

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a Mechanical Insulator or relevant HVAC ductwork experience
Ability to read measurements and work accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently and meet production goals
Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable
