Retail Sales Associate (Daytime Shifts M-F)

Are you energetic, dependable, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fun, team-oriented environment where your contributions are valued? We are looking for a daytime team member available Monday through Friday to help us continue delivering the best retail experience in Helena.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, but it is not required. If you have experience leading team sports activities, coaching, or working collaboratively with others, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, contribute, and make a positive impact from day one.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with sporting goods purchases and trade-ins.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Share ideas and help improve the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Passion for sports, fitness, or outdoor activities is a plus.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
