Property Maintenance Technician

We're hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to join a local property management team! Job Duties

• Complete work orders for apartment homes and common areas
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
• Repair and replace appliances, fixtures, doors, locks, and flooring as needed
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers)
• Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of buildings and grounds
• Respond to maintenance emergencies in a timely manner
• Assist with landscaping, trash removal, and seasonal property upkeep
• Document completed work orders and communicate repair needs with management
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
