Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Chandler, is seeking an Operations Coordinator Specialist to work directly with site leadership and support daily operations across production, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, quality, customer service, and HR. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes variety, solving problems, and being involved in the day-to-day success of a business.

 

What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or production
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
A hands-on, proactive attitude
Ability to communicate effectively across teams
Experience with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
