Position Overview
We are seeking a Solar Shaft Assembly team member for a temporary, evaluation-hire position. This role is responsible for cleaning, fitting, and assembling parts as part of a production team, with an expected output of approximately 120 parts per day. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand tools, and able to stand for the duration of a full shift while working closely with others.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean parts prior to assembly
• Assemble solar shaft components using hand tools (drills, wrenches, grinders, etc.)
• Meet a daily production target of approximately 120 parts
• Operate or work alongside an overhead lift and crane as needed
• Use tablets/computers to log production or track parts
• Stand for the full duration of the shift
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals

Top 3 Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be somewhat mechanically inclined
• Must work well as part of a team

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing throughout the shift.

Tools & Equipment Used
Overhead lift, crane, hand tools, drills, grinders, tablets, and computers.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM, with a 45-minute lunch at 12:00 AM
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Approx. End Date: 10/30/2026
