Salary: $30-42/hour DOE

We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the day-to-day accounting functions of our client's business. This role is responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, month-end reconciliations, journal entries, collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the accounting process, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop. 

Responsibilities

• Manage all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Enter and maintain payroll-related accounting transactions
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Follow up on past-due accounts and perform collections as needed
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Review transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Work within QuickBooks Desktop and ServiceTitan to ensure financial data integrity
• Support management with reporting and other accounting-related tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
• Experience handling AP, AR, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
