Part-Time Groundskeeper Location: Jacksonville, NCPay: $15.00 per hourSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (20 hours per week) Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and motivated Part-Time Groundskeepers to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep for an apartment complex in Jacksonville.

Part-Time Groundskeeper Location: Jacksonville, NC

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up trash and debris throughout the property Clean and maintain dog waste stations Perform general facility cleaning and upkeep Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance Ensure outdoor common areas remain clean, safe, and presentable Complete other groundskeeping duties as assigned 
  • Requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to meet background check requirements
  • Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
