CNC Mill Setup/Operators - 2nd

Located in Menomonee Falls, WI

Salary: Pay Range: $22+ BOE

SUMMARY
Operate CNC lathes to produce precision machined metal parts.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
 

• Read and/or complete machine set-up sheet.
• Set up machine to be used for production.
• Assist with quality control plan details.
• Follow 1^st piece inspection procedure.
• Acquire parts to be machined.
• Read blueprint, job order and tooling instructions for production requirements.
• Machine parts to required specifications.
• Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
• Move parts to designated areas.
• Replace worn tooling as needed.
• Remove and return tooling when job is complete.
• Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency.
• Work within OSHA and ISO standards.
• Follow established safety procedures.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance duties.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties.
