Grill & Food Prep Event Associates

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring dependable Grill and Food Prep Event Associates for a local grocery store’s anniversary BBQ. Team members will work together to prepare, cook, serve and restock food samples while maintaining a clean and organized event area.

 

Pay: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Friday, August 14, 1:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
Location: Local grocery store location(s) – TBD
Position Type: One-day temporary event
Benefits: Weekly pay through Express with direct deposit and pay card options

 

Job Highlights:

• Set up the grill and food-sampling area
• Grill pre-cooked hamburgers and hot dogs
• Cut food into samples and arrange serving trays
• Prepare tomatoes and restock food and supplies
• Maintain food-safety and cleanliness standards
• Break down the event and clean all equipment
• Support either grilling or food-preparation duties as needed

What We Look For:

• Cook, food prep, catering or sampling experience preferred
• Comfortable working near a hot grill
• Dependable and available for the full shift
• Friendly, team-oriented and safety-conscious
• Food Handler certification preferred; requirements pending confirmation
• Ability to stand and perform hands-on work throughout the event
