CNC Machinist / Programmer

Location: Muskego, WI
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Muskego, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment while maintaining strict quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Edit and optimize CNC programs as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Select tooling and determine machining sequences
• Perform machine setups, offsets, and tool changes
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining and programming experience
• Proficiency with G-code and CNC controls
• Experience with CAM software preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
