About the Position

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Coil Technician to join our manufacturing team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This first-shift position is responsible for building, repairing, testing, and assembling induction coils and related equipment in a safe and quality-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate coil winding equipment. [linkedin.com]
• Build and repair induction coils according to specifications. [linkedin.com]
• Install insulation, tape, ties, and identification tags on completed coils. [linkedin.com]
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met. [linkedin.com]
• Assemble and test furnace components and related equipment. [linkedin.com]
• Perform hydraulic and water testing as required. [linkedin.com]
• Read work orders, drawings, and specifications. [linkedin.com]
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. [linkedin.com]

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Manufacturing, assembly, electrical, or coil winding experience is a plus.
• Ability to read measuring devices and follow technical instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
