Order Selector - 3rd Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Order Selector to join our warehouse team in New Berlin, WI. The Order Selector is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and stage orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
• Pull products from inventory and prepare them for shipment
• Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Load and unload shipments as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Follow all company safety procedures and productivity standards
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
