Assembly Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our production team in Menomonee Falls, WI. This position is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, and subassemblies following work instructions and blueprints
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns
• Package completed products for shipment
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
