Fire Camp Catering Support –

Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal | Fire Camp Support
Pay: DOE
Schedule: Flexible; may include extended shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to provide catering and dining support at fire camps. This position will focus on serving meals, keeping tables and dining areas clean, restocking supplies, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment for firefighters and emergency personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve meals and beverages to firefighters and camp personnel.
• Set up and maintain dining and serving areas.
• Clear and clean tables throughout meal service.
• Wipe down tables, counters, and other dining surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash and food waste.
• Restock utensils, napkins, beverages, and other dining supplies.
• Assist with washing dishes, trays, and serving equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary dining areas.
• Help with basic food-service tasks as directed.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
• Assist the catering team with other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous food service, hospitality, janitorial, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
