Warehouse Worker - 1st Shift

Location: New Berlin, WI
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in New Berlin, WI. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
