Furniture Installer & Warehouse Worker

Location: New Berlin, WI
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Furniture Installer & Warehouse Worker to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This position combines warehouse operations with furniture installation and delivery support. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install office furniture and related products at customer locations
• Load, unload, and stage furniture safely and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery and installation
• Operate warehouse equipment and hand tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
• Follow installation instructions and meet quality standards
• Provide professional and courteous customer service on job sites

Qualifications

• Previous furniture installation, warehouse, delivery, moving, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing
• Ability to work in warehouse and customer site environments
• Ability to safely move furniture and equipment throughout the workday
