 Night Shift Production Associate

Pay: $20 per hour to start (potential for raises within the year)
Schedule: 3rd shift Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM (four 10-hour shifts)
Training on 1^st shift

Job Summary:

The team is seeking individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving corrugated materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed corrugated materials into production machinery accurately and efficiently
• Continuously lift, position, and feed materials weighing 20–50 lbs into equipment
• Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and feeding motions throughout the shift
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Support continuous operation by responding quickly to production interruptions
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and productivity
• Perform quality checks and follow all safety and production procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete required documentation accurately

Qualifications & Skills:

• High mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting ability
• Strong motivation, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
• Proven dependability and consistent attendance
• Ability to work overnight hours consistently
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (20–50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Prior manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical experience
• Experience working with corrugated or similar materials is a plus
