PAY: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Friday–Tuesday | 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Assignment: Temporary through approximately November

***Schedule times may vary based on company needs. (availability for 8 hour shifts within 7am-10pm)

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable Bilingual English/Spanish Office Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, hardworking, dependable, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare offer letters using established templates
• Assist with employee orientation preparation and support
• Answer phones and assist visitors at the front window
• Take messages and direct questions to the appropriate team member
• Make calls to assist with onboarding and staffing needs
• Scan, file, and retrieve documents and archived records
• Enter data and maintain accurate records
• Replenish office forms and supplies
• Distribute checks and pay stubs
• Deliver mail and small parcels between buildings
• Run occasional local errands using a company vehicle

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish – REQUIRED
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Able to stay calm and professional in a busy environment
• Comfortable handling a high volume of paperwork and administrative tasks
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Previous office experience is helpful but not required
• Must be comfortable working in a food-processing environment where odors may occasionally be present
