Customer Service Manager - $18/hour

 

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a wholesale manufacturing company for a Customer Service Manager position in the Sevierville, TN area.

 

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service & support via telephone, email, and in person inquiries
• Providing suggestions over the phone 
• Receive and enter all orders for the customer
• Acknowledge ship dates and track progress through manufacturing process
• High volume Order entry
• Maintain lead tracking sheet on monthly basis, prepare credit memos and return authorizations, and send out new dealer applications
• Overseeing a team of 1-3 customer service professionals

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel. 
• 2-3 years in an office setting.
• Previous customer service or inside sales is preferred.
• Having a manufacturing/administrative background is a plus. 
• Personable and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task, while having little supervision. 
• Previous logistics experience is a plus as well 

Customer Service Representative Shift:

• Mon-Fri | 8:30AM-5P
• Full-time
• Temp-to-hire
