Salary: up to $32.00/HR

Hours: Monday, 5:00am - 3:00pm, Tuesday - Thursday, 5:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: up to $32.00/HR

Duties:

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to form metal components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering drawings, and production instructions.
Select and install appropriate tooling for each job and make machine adjustments as needed.
Program, adjust, and monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, angle gauges, and other precision instruments.
Verify dimensional accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
Load and unload sheet metal, fabricated parts, and raw materials safely.
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed.
Collaborate with fabrication, welding, and assembly departments to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous press brake operating experience required.
Experience setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment.
Cincinnati press brake experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience selecting tooling and making machine setup adjustments to achieve required tolerances.
Proficiency using measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, angle gauges, and other inspection equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
