Golf Ball Packer (1st Shift)

Position Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Golf Ball Packer to join our clients team at a local sporting goods warehouse in Sparta, TN. This position is responsible for accurately packing golf balls and related products for shipment while ensuring all items are properly protected from damage during handling and transit.

Responsibilities

• Pack golf balls and sporting goods products according to company standards.
• Verify product quantities and accuracy before packaging.
• Securely package items to prevent damage during shipping and handling.
• Inspect products for defects or discrepancies prior to packing.
• Label, sort, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packaging, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow packing instructions and quality standards.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of secure packaging to ensure products arrive in excellent condition. Previous experience in warehouse packing, shipping, or order fulfillment is highly preferred.
