First Shift, Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pay is $20-$23/hr DOE
The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely receipt, storage, processing, and shipment of products and materials. This role supports inventory accuracy, maintains organized warehouse and storage areas, and ensures all shipments are properly documented within the ERP system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
Responsibilities
•    Receive, inspect, sort, and properly store incoming shipments. 
•    Record all incoming shipments and inventory transactions in the ERP system. 
•    Organize and process daily outbound shipments based on customer orders received from Customer Service. 
•    Pack completed products to ensure safe and accurate shipment. 
•    Verify that product labels are accurate, legible, and in good condition prior to shipment. 
•    Maintain organized inventory and restock assembled product bins to support production and shipping needs. 
•    Monitor incoming shipment notifications and related communications via email. 
•    Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies. 
•    Maintain clean, organized, and safe shipping, receiving, and inventory areas. 
•    Always follow company quality standards and safety procedures. 
•    Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse activities as needed. 
•    Perform other duties as assigned. 
Qualifications
•    High school diploma or equivalent required. 
•    Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred. 
•    Basic computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate ERP systems. 
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 
•    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
•    Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. 
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
•    Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Ability to safely lift and move packages and materials as required.
Physical Requirements
•    Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. 
•    Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods throughout the workday. 
•    Ability to safely operate in a warehouse and shipping environment.
