Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Bilingual Fence Installer to assist with installing residential and commercial fencing in the Lakeland, Florida area. This position requires hands-on construction or outdoor labor experience, the ability to use basic tools, and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential and commercial fencing.
• Measure, mark, dig, set posts, and install fence panels, gates, and related materials.
• Use hand tools, power tools, post-hole diggers, levels, and measuring equipment.
• Load, unload, move, and stage fencing materials and equipment.
• Follow job site instructions, layouts, and supervisor direction.
• Communicate with team members, supervisors, and customers in English and Spanish.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures while working outdoors and using tools or equipment.
• Perform other construction, installation, or labor-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Previous fence installation, construction, landscaping, carpentry, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, dig, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation required.
