Express Employment Professionals Chandler is seeking a motivated, people-focused Recruiter / Employment Specialist to help connect job seekers with rewarding career opportunities and support local businesses in finding top talent.

What You'll Do
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
Match qualified candidates with client hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
Build strong relationships with candidates and client companies.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment guidelines.
Follow up with associates and clients to ensure successful placements.
Participate in networking, recruiting, and community outreach events.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
