What You'll Do

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Match qualified candidates with client hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and client companies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment guidelines.
• Follow up with associates and clients to ensure successful placements.
• Participate in networking, recruiting, and community outreach events.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
