A leading producer and distributor of high-quality insulation is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and general warehouse operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with basic electrical or mechanical knowledge who is hands-on, dependable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining equipment, troubleshooting basic issues, performing minor facility repairs, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Maintenance & Facility Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Assist with equipment setup, installation, and testing.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance as needed.
• Assist with minor facility repairs and general building upkeep.
• Help maintain doors, fixtures, shelving, lighting, and other facility items.
• Use basic hand tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
• Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and needed repairs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, moving, organizing, and storing materials.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Move products and supplies throughout the facility.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling tasks.
• Support the team with maintenance projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical and/or mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with hand tools.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform basic facility repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
