$18.00 per hour

Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM-9:30 PM | Must Be Available for Overtime

A leading printing company is seeking a Cutter Assistant to support daily production operations. This position assists the Die Cutter Operator, prepares materials, and helps keep production running safely and efficiently. Training is provided, with an opportunity to grow into a Die Cutter Operator role.

Cutter Assistant Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stage materials for the die-cutting machine.
• Assist with machine setup and operation as needed.
• Pull, organize, and return die boards.
• Process and organize materials after die cutting.
• Read and follow job tickets, work orders, and instructions.
• Operate an electric pallet jack.
• Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and loading materials.
• Support other production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Cutter Assistant Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, printing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow job tickets and written instructions.
• Comfortable learning and operating new equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Die Cutter Operator position.
