Picker / Material Handler – Day Shift

What You Will Do (DO)

• Walk aisles, locate items, and accurately pick parts and materials based on order lists.
• Load items onto carts and move product efficiently to staging and designated work areas.
• Keep materials flowing smoothly throughout the facility to support daily operations.
• Maintain high accuracy by double-checking part numbers and quantities.
• Complete safety training and forklift certification (forklift use is periodic—around 5–15% of the time max, with most time spent hand-picking).

What We’re Looking For (HAVE)

• Prior Forklift Exposure: Basic familiarity with running a forklift (not a total beginner).
• Experience: Previous background in order picking, warehouse work, or material handling is preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably walk, bend, reach, and push carts throughout your shift.
• Attention to Detail: Comfortable reading pick lists and matching part numbers accurately.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a team-first attitude.
