1st Shift – Sunday through Wednesday/4:30 AM – 4:30 PM

3rd Shift –Thursday through Sunday/4:30 PM – 4:30 AM

Experienced Welders | MIG Welding | FCAW Welding | Steel Fabrication

We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator with MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding experience to fit, fabricate, weld, and repair steel components and assemblies.

What You’ll Do

As a MIG / FCAW Welder, you will:

• Fit and weld steel components using GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux Core) welding processes
• Fabricate components and assemblies from blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications
• Set up and lay out welding and fabrication work using jigs, fixtures, measuring tools, and hand-layout methods
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, welding symbols, bills of materials, and sketches
• Inspect welds, measurements, fit-ups, and layouts to ensure finished work meets specifications
• Adjust or corrections when needed to maintain quality standards
• Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, plasma torches, hoists, forklifts, and other fabrication equipment
• Verify materials, parts, dimensions, and specifications before and during fabrication
• Assist with fitting and welding large or complex steel assemblies
• Clean, inspect, and properly maintain welding and fabrication equipment
• Completely required production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow established welding, manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
• Work independently while also collaborating with welders, fitters, and production team members
• Perform additional welding and fabrication work as needed

Qualifications include:

• At least 1 year of welding and fabrication experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
• Hands-on experience with GMAW / MIG welding
• Hands-on experience with FCAW / Flux Core welding
• Experience fitting and welding steel components
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols
• Working knowledge of welding and metal fabrication techniques
• Ability to use common welding, cutting, grinding, measuring, and fabrication tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow technical instructions and production requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and organization
