Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Painter / Epoxy Floor Installer to prepare and coat concrete floors with epoxy and other protective finishes. The ideal candidate has experience with surface preparation, painting, and applying high-quality floor coatings while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare concrete floors by cleaning, grinding, repairing cracks, and removing old coatings.
• Inspect surfaces before applying epoxy or other floor coatings.
• Mix and apply epoxy, primers, sealers, and topcoats according to manufacturer specifications.
• Mask and protect surrounding areas from overspray or spills.
• Operate surface preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure finished floors meet quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in painting, concrete surface preparation, or epoxy floor installation preferred.
• Knowledge of coating products and application techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license (if travel to job sites is required).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and coating materials in various environments.
