Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for multiple Assembly and Manufacturing positions with top employers in the Yukon, El Reno, and Oklahoma City areas. We are seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals for a variety of production and assembly environments.

Pay Range: $14.50-$20.25/Hour (depending on position and experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Various shifts available, including overtime opportunities.

Position #1: Assembler I

Pay: $16.53-$18.00/Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (Also includes opportunity for OT)

Overview

Assembler I employees perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations on manufactured equipment and products. This position requires blueprint reading, accurate measurements, tool usage, and attention to quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components
• Fit, mount, align, and adjust parts and assemblies
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Conduct operational testing and inspections
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and torque wrenches
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all safety procedures and requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of assembly, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
• Blueprint reading ability required
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Experience using tape measures, rulers, and measurement devices
• Basic computer skills preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 65 lbs.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
• Ability to work in industrial environments, including elevated work areas

Position #2: Industrial Assembler

Pay: $19.25-$21.00/Hour

Available Shifts

• 6:00 AM-2:00 PM (may extend to 4:00 PM)
• 4:00 PM-12:30 AM (may extend to 2:00 AM)

Mandatory overtime and most Saturdays required.

Overview

Industrial Assemblers perform hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment, assembling products and components while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand and power tools
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
• Package and label finished goods
• Prepare products for shipment
• Maintain work area cleanliness and organization
• Follow company safety guidelines
• Assist with general production duties

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Experience using tools preferred
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Must be at least 18 years old

Position #3: Truss Manufacturing Laborer

Pay: $14.50/Hour

Schedule

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Occasional Friday overtime as needed from 6:00AM-12:00PM

Overview

Truss Manufacturing Laborers assist with the production of floor and roof trusses in a fast-paced construction manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pull and load lumber materials
• Assemble floor and roof trusses
• Utilize hand and power tools
• Read measurements and production layouts
• Load completed trusses for shipment
• Work safely while following OSHA and PPE requirements
• Perform general labor and production support duties

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to work in outdoor and manufacturing environments
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. with team assistance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
