Pay: $60,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Store Hours: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily store operations
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees
Create and manage employee schedules and labor hours
Coach and develop team members to ensure success
Monitor store performance and operational standards
Understand and manage profit and loss (P&L)
Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
Report directly to the District Manager

Qualifications

1-3 years of retail or restaurant industry experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license required
