Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Safety: We are stewards of your mental and physical well-being:
o You’ll actively identify and address safety hazards and potential security concerns.
o If something's amiss, you'll quickly notify the site supervisor to keep things running smoothly. This would include reporting missing keys, or badges. Ensuring the doors remained locked, never piggy back through a secure door.
o Working safely includes no phone, earbuds or music while on the clock.
o You'll also keep the lines of communication open, collaborating with supervisors and teammates to ensure cleaning supplies, equipment needs, and any challenges are handled quickly.
o Adhere to safety protocol and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and wearing the appropriate clothing that is safe to work in.
o Follow all company, site and OSHA safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

Job Description
• Sustainability: We prioritize eco-friendly solutions.
o Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and eco-friendly environment.
o Dust and wipe down surfaces, including equipment and fixtures, ensuring a healthy workspace.
o Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, to promote hygiene.
o Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and support waste reduction through proper recycling practices.
o Practice our Cross-contamination methods to ensure our clients and colleagues remain healthy
o Sanitize common areas, such as hallways, staircases, and elevators, fostering a safe and sustainable community.
o Refrain from using any chemicals other than those approved by client – this means never bringing anything from home and ensuring that all bottles are properly labeled.
o Clean up of construction debris and site organization

Qualifications:
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as Janitor, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:
• This role involves physical activity necessary to effectively perform essential job functions, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
• Responsibilities include frequent walking and use of hands for detailed tasks such as handling or operating equipment. This includes the need to perform tasks with repetitive motion.
• Occasional standing and sitting may be required to complete certain duties.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed to support job responsibilities.
• This role is in an outdoor construction environment
