About the Company

Express Employment is seeking a Line Lead to join our client’s team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of production associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient workflow.
• Monitor daily production targets, ensuring quality standards are met and addressing any deviations promptly.
• Provide training to new team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.

 

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required)Steel-Toed Boots (must be purchased by employee)
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable working with and enforcing use of required PPE (bump caps, steel-toed boots, gloves, etc.)
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a loud or physically active environment
